Warranty Coverage
We offer a one-year full replacement warranty on all Dead Pair Gear products. This warranty covers:

What’s Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by improper use, modifications, or neglect
Accidental damage, misuse, or cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered under warranty, follow these steps:

Provide Proof of Purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Submit Photos – Attach clear images of the defect for evaluation.
Approval & Next Steps – Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or offer an appropriate resolution.
